Jeremiah Murphy has been writing all of his life, with short stories published in a dozen anthologies, including his favorite piece, “Issues,” in Covalent Bonds, edited by Trysh Thompson.

He self-published several of his Urban Fantasy novels in 2021 under the name, Jeremiah Murphy.

Haniibaaz Rising, from Austin MacCauley Publishers, is his first more tradionally published novel.

One of his hobbies is art, which he is marginally okay at.

He grew up in Gallup, New Mexico, taking a long, circuitous route that led him to Washington, D.C., where he lives with his cat, Oscar, and about 800 used sketchbooks.

He works for the American Society of Hematology on their journals, including Blood, which you have to admit is the most metal name for a medical publication.
